KingBlap’s Public Android Repository
Welcome! This repository provides Android Kodi 21.3 builds, Kodi 21.3 backups, and optional apps/utilities to customize your device.

Downloading Releases
All updates and downloads are available on the Releases page.
Getting Started
- Go to the Releases page and download the files you need.
- Follow the installation or restoration steps below.
- For Kodi backups, use Kodi’s built-in backup/restore feature.
Device Setup Guide
Before you begin, enable developer mode on your Android device and grant file management permissions to the Downloader and Xplore File Manager app.
- Android TVs & Fire Sticks:
- The Downloader app and the Xplore file manager app is required. Follow the steps down below to download, install assets, and restore Kodi.
- Install the Downloader app and Xplore File Manager.
- Open Downloader and enter: github.com/kingblap
- Navigate to the Repositories tab > KingBlap’s Public Android Repository > Releases.
- Download the desired assets.
- Open Xplore File Manager to access, manage, and install the files.
- In Xplore File Manager, go to the middle menu and select Menu at the top go to more then select configure buttoms and make sure the move buttom is enabled.
- In Xplore File Manager, go to the left panel side and select “Internal Shared Storage”.
- Youll need to create two new folders, first click on “Internal Shared Storage” on the left side to highlight all the files under the tab.
- Select “New Folder” from the middle menu. Name the folders “Apps” and “Kodi”
- Navigate to the download folder under the Internal Shared Storage tab on the left side panel.
- In the download folder will be a folder named downloader in this folder is either going to be a “kodi.apk” or a “kodi.zip” version of the asset you had downloaded.
- If the asset you downloaded appears as a “.apk” file, select the “.apk” file, then choose “Rename” from the middle menu. Change the file extension from a “.apk” to a “.zip”. If the file already appears as a “.zip”, you’re good to go.
- Now unzip the “Kodi” folder thats in the downloader folder that you changed the file extension to and there will be a folder named “(Kodi 21.3) KingBlap’s Public Android Repository ver 1.0”.
- Move the “(Kodi 21.3) KingBlap’s Public Android Repository ver 1.0” folder to the “Kodi” folder on the right panel side and delete the “kodi.zip” folder out of the downloader folder.
- open the “Kodi” folder then open the “(Kodi 21.3) KingBlap’s Public Android Repository ver 1.0” folder on the left panal side, inside this folder will three other zipped folders.
- unzip the “Apps” folder then unzip the “Andriod Apps” folder then move the “Android Apps” folder inside the folder to the “Apps” folder you created earlier on the right panel side.
- Now open the “Android Apps” folder you moved to the “Apps” folder and open the “kodi” folder and install the “kodi 21.3.apk” file then other folder has extra “.apk” apps.
- After installing Kodi, you can now delete the App zipped folder from the “(Kodi 21.3) KingBlap’s Public Android Repository ver 1.0” folder.
- Now go back to the “(Kodi 21.3) KingBlap’s Public Android Repository ver 1.0” folder on the left panel side and unzip the “Build” folder.
- Move the contents of the “Build” zip folder to the “(Kodi 21.3) KingBlap’s Public Android Repository ver 1.0” folder in the “Kodi” folder you created earlier on the right panel side.
- After moving the build files, you can now delete the “Build” zipped folder from the “(Kodi 21.3) KingBlap’s Public Android Repository ver 1.0” folder.
- Now go back to the “(Kodi 21.3) KingBlap’s Public Android Repository ver 1.0” folder on the left panel side and unzip the “Kodi Backups” folder.
- Move the contents of the “Kodi Backups” zip folder to the “(Kodi 21.3) KingBlap’s Public Android Repository ver 1.0” folder in the “Kodi” folder you created earlier on the right panel side.
- After moving the backup files, you can now delete the “Kodi Backups” zipped folder from the “(Kodi 21.3) KingBlap’s Public Android Repository ver 1.0” folder.
- Now your done with The Downloader App and Xplore File Manager.
Complete any on-screen instructions for Downloader and to manage files in Xplore File Manager.
- Setting up Kodi:
- Make Sure you give Kodi file management permissions in your device settings.
- Open Kodi.
- Go to Settings > System > Addons > Enable Unknown Sources.
- Go back to Settings > Add ons > install from repository > Kodi Add-on Repository > Program add-ons > Backup > Install.
- After installation, go to Settings > Add-ons > Program add-ons > Backup
- Go to settings in the Backup add-on and set the backup path to: /storage/emulated/0/Kodi/(Kodi 21.3) KingBlap’s Public Android Repository ver 1.0/Kodi Backups/Android Kodi Backups/Jan 11,2026.
- Go back to the main menu of the Backup add-on and select Restore.
- Select Yes to confirm and wait for the restore process to complete.
- Once the restore is complete, Kodi will force close.
- Reopen Kodi and go to Settings > interface Settings > Skin > Choose Skin > Select “Xonfluence” > Yes to confirm.
- For the Background picture, go to Setting > Skin Settings > Background> Multi-Image> External Storage> storage emulated 0> Kodi> (Kodi 21.3) KingBlap’s Public Android Repository ver 1.0> Build> Pictures> Select your desired background.
- To Finalize the setup, restart kodi.
Complete any on-screen instructions for Kodi restoration and setup.
